It was designed to be placed on top of the Posture Therapy Large Foam or Inflatable Block if you are taller than 6’0″ feet.
If you are 6’2″ – 6’4″ feet tall, you will need to add a 2″ and 4″ Foam Riser to the Large 18″ Foam Block so you can lie on it on your back with your legs over it in the exact 90″ degree angle. You can also put it on top of a chair or couch so you can lie down on your back with your legs over it so your hips and knees are at a 90-degree angle during a variety of exercises. Very helpful to use it as a softer surface when you are doing Yoga, Pilates, or any posture therapy exercises in a kneeling, standing, or hands and knees position. STANDING STORK WITH ROLLS 4 INCH FOAM RISER
Also for tall people (6.2″ feet tall or more) need to be leveled, more vertical, and upright when sitting, standing, and lying down.
The exercises standing, sitting, or lying down can add use a chair or Pain Free Large Foam Block with the 4 Inch Foam Riser.

KNEELING AZTEC
1- Kneel down facing a wall wit your knees & body 6 to 8 inches away from the wall.
2- Place the 4 Inch Foam Riser under your knees for support.
3- Place your hands on the wall at chest level, just outside of your shoulders
4- Put your toes under to grip the floor.
5- Push your feet into the floor, as if you were pushing your body toward the wall.
6- Resist from pushing in to the wall with your arms and hands, press with your feet instead.
7- Press 3 sets of 20 repetitions.
This exercise Stabilizes the lumbar spine.
CATS & DOGS
1- Start on your hands and knee.
2- Place the 4 Inch Foam Riser under your knees for support.
3- Keep your knees right under your hips and your hands under your shoulders.
4- Point your fingers forward.
5- Push your upper back up toward the ceiling while you drop your head and hips down and under–Cat position.
6-Roll your hips forward to put an arch on your lower back, collapse your shoulder blades together and look up–Dog position.
7-Slowly move back and forward between the cat and dog position and breath normally.
Repeat 10 times.
This exercise encourages proper movement and function of the entire spine, flexing end extending
STATIC BACK ABDUCTOR PRESSES
1- Lie on your back with your legs over a Pain Free At Sea Posture Therapy Large Foam or Inflatable Block.
2- If you are taller than 6’0″ feet place the 4 Inch Foam Riser on top of the Large Block.
3-Place a strap around your legs just above the knees.
4- Place your arms out to the sides at 45 degrees from your body with the palms up.
5- Relax your stomach and upper back.
6- Pull your knees apart outward against the strap, then release.
7- Press 3 set of 20 repetitions
This exercise promotes hip stability, thoracic extension and prevents the body from compensating.
